What a great experience. After a few bad experiences at other furniture places, Furniture Row was the place we should have stopped at first. Caleb was fun to work with and had a great sense of humor. He was patient and didn't rush us while we made our decision. Financing process was very easy. Looking forward to our next purchase.

Payton greeted us warmly and pointed out the areas we would find recliners. She revisited us several times to see how we were doing and answer questions, letting us have time our own to experience the different recliners. Payton kept an eye on us and responded when I motioned to her. We asked several specific questions re optional features, got the info we wanted and reported back to us. Left to ourselves again, we decided what we wanted to do and then told her we ready to buy. Payton explained all our options and closed the sale. I appreciated the no pressure, helpful approach. Kudos to Payton.

Caleb was absolutely amazing. He spent time with us going over all of our options and helping us find the perfect couch within our budget. Being young we normally get ignored going into furniture stores because they think we aren’t serious. But Caleb helped us right away and took us seriously from the start. Amazing experience!

Beautiful showroom with a large variety. Love that the lazBoy couch set was available in multiple colors. Delivery was flawless and we would definitely shop here again. No high pressure salesman. Denver Mattress is housed inside too, so you can get the full house in one stop if needed.
